Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At ETRS Michigan, we are committed to providing accessible and timely services to all clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling, we have established the following refund and rescheduling policies.

Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• A $45 rescheduling fee applies to all changes made after an appointment is confirmed.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted by phone or email during business hours.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if a client misses their appointment, the full service fee will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

• Refunds may be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• All approved refunds will incur a $25 service fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Policy Agreement

By scheduling services with ETRS Michigan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Rescheduling Policy.
