Description: 13 hours in an intensive weekend format for first offenders. Class focuses on the Court system, drinking/driving laws and basic alcohol education and treatment options.

Appropriate Referral: 1st offense DUI, OWI, MIP (17+ yrs. old), low BAC
Description: 6.5 hour program for first offenders with no symptoms of dependency. Class focuses on the Court system, drinking/driving laws and basic alcohol education and treatment options.
Cost: $120

Appropriate Referral: 1st offense DUI, OWI, MIP (17+ yrs. Old), low BAC
Description: 15 hours of group for high denial/resistant first and subsequent offenders. Drug screen included.
Cost: $300 (a minimum of $150 must be paid to register)

Appropriate Referral: 2nd offense alcohol, drug or possession charges, high BAC, Rx drug possession, opiate possession.
Description: 13 hours (Saturday and Sunday) Intensive program that addresses the unique issues of marijuana: gateway issues; marijuana addiction; effect on mind, body family and society; conflicts with medical marijuana use. Drug screen included.

Appropriate Referral: 1st offense, POM, PODP, controlled substance charges
Description: 6.5 hour program for first offenders with no symptoms of dependency. Focuses on gateway issue; effect on mind, body, family and society; Medical marijuana use. No drug screen.

Description: Minimum of 14 weeks of group, (1.5 hour sessions), focusing on relapse prevention, cognitive skill building and development of client plan for on-going abstinence. Clients should have prior exposure to substance abuse education/treatment. Consists of an Intake appointment, 2 scheduled individual appointments and aftercare plan.
Cost: $500 total cost/$150 covers Intake & individuals / $25 per group session. Must call Central Office at 734-462-3096 to enroll.

Appropriate Referral: Drug/sobriety court clients as a step down program following residential treatment; or clients presenting with moderate to high risk for relapse.
Description: An evidence-based best practices program developed by SAMHSA that challenges the thinking errors of marijuana users. Integrates a cognitive behavioral modality and interactive journaling.
Cost: $250 Must call Central Office at 734-462-3096 to enroll.

Appropriate Referral: drug court clients, probationers who test positive for marijuana while on probation, those with possession of marijuana offenses, or chronic marijuana users.
Description: 14.5 hour Education/assessment group focusing on client accountability for their violent behavior and identifying behavior modification changes that need to be made.

Description: Interactive small group focusing on changing attitudes, behaviors and belief systems. Must complete weekend program prior to attending follow-up sessions.

Description: This is an intensive program designed to aid individuals with the tools to reduce anger and improve coping skills. Topics of how to understand your anger; identifying triggers; decreasing conflict.

Description: Less intensive as the weekend but still designed to aid individuals in reducing anger and improving coping skills.

Description: 5 hr. group. Didactic format focusing on first time offenders.

Appropriate Referral: Retail fraud, embezzlement, NSF, larceny, MDOP charges
Description: 5 sessions. Interactive small group format, focusing on identifying motivations for repeat shoplifting/retail fraud and other economic crimes addressing the need to make positive changes.
Cost: $200 (a minimum of $100 must be paid to register)

Description: Interview by state licensed assessors. Includes 4 panel drug screen
Cost: In State Offense is $150, Out of state Offense is $180

Appropriate Referral: Any offense in which use of drugs or alcohol were a factor.
Description: Evaluation conducted by state licensed assessors for pending license restoration hearing.
Cost: $350 (includes 12 panel drug screen)

Description: ETRS is contracted to provide Relapse Prevention/Outpatient services to qualifying MDOC (Michigan Department Of Corrections) clients. Program consists of 18 weekly group sessions 1 ½ hours each session. Individual sessions for treatment planning and treatment plan review and possibly 2 additional individual sessions per month as needed. Progress reports sent monthly. All fees covered in contract.
Appropriate Referral: Offered to Wayne County and Oakland County clients. Must have a DSM-V diagnosis for treatment.
Description: ETRS is contracted to provide relapse prevention services to Wayne County OWI 3rd drunk drivers. Program consists of 18 weekly group sessions 1 ½ hours each session. Individual sessions for treatment planning and treatment plan review and possibly 2 additional individual sessions per month as needed. Progress reports sent monthly. All fees covered in contract.
Appropriate Referral: Wayne County 3rd OWI clients with sentencing guidelines of 0-17.
Description: ETRS is contracted with Wayne County to provide Men’s Domestic Abuse services. All fees are covered in the contract. Program consists of a One Day Orientation followed by 26 weekly group sessions and monthly individual sessions as needed. Progress reports sent monthly. All fees covered in contract.
